...-”His playing is characterised by a willingness to experiment with new and traditional tunes. This has resulted in different types of collaborations for example Threestylefusion (streetdance, folkdance and flamenco). With Anders Larsson and Vegar Vårdal he plays the Norwegian repertoire as well as the music from his home region, Sörmland. He has released the album Supernova together with guitarist/bassist Peter Rousu. Together with the dancer and teacher Andreas Berchtold, he has made many dance classes and workshops both in Scandinavia and Europe. He works as Director of Sveriges Spelmäns Riksförbund and is profiled as a freelance musician, especially playing for dancing. The repertoire is strongly linked and developed in the communication between dance and music. He also teaches on courses around Europe.
He has worked for 10 years at the Malungs folkhögskola as the Course Director/violin teacher for the violin course in folkmusic. He has also been the chairman of Södermanland Spelmansförbund for 3 years. He has a scholarship from Segerfonden 2006 and Landstinget Sörmland cultural award 2010.”
